THE GLORIOUS OYSTER
Last year, towards the end of October I visited The Glorious Oyster in Instow where I met Lyndsay, the owner & founder of the Oyster Shack. We chatted over a cup of lemon, ginger & honey tea; I loved hearing about her food journey & how it all began. From an Oyster bike in Bristol to a converted horse box in Westward Ho! and a street food shack in Instow, serving incredible locally sourced seafood. The dishes she creates are imaginative, diverse & full of vibrant colours as well as being packed with of flavour. If you are in North Devon you can't miss this gem!
